What we do
We are culture architects. We help your organization create a safe, psychological space for people to flourish. Our principle-based SMART Conversations® program sets the stage for Shared Meaning, Authenticity, Respect and Trust, so your people can be together, communicate together, work out their differences and deliver projects together seamlessly. One of our clients called SC “The DNA of every organization.” Another called it “Soul work.” We couldn’t say it any better.
How we do it
We engage your teams in advanced communications skills learning experiences that gets everyone on the same page and gives them a common language.
Next, we lay a foundation for trust and respect to enhance interpersonal relationships. When your teams work from the same playbook, respect each other and have a positive mindset, there’s room for everyone and everything is possible.
We believe the important work starts with the individual. Raising people’s self-awareness sets the foundation for opening hearts and minds to change. Next, we work at the team level, which ultimately, shapes the culture of the entire organization.
Creating harmonious relationships among team members, so they can listen to each other, think together, collaborate and keep one another accountable, are the key to high performing teams that produce actionable results.
